职位描述
1. Be familiar with the drawings and ITP;
2. Be familiar with AWS D1.1 or equivalent.
3. Be familiar with GB and international Standards.
4. Has fitting up or assembly or quality inspection experience.
5. Be familiar quality system.
6. Can write inspection report in English and Chinese.
7. Good communication skill and team work spirit
8. Proficiency with MS office
9. Strong sense of responsibility
10. Dispose the non-conformances, analyzing the causes, defining the responsibilities, then bring up actions and supervise the implementation;
11.Be responsible for the closing of NCRs;
12.Organize and coordinate the work with other departments;
13. Notify the third party for on-site witness according to their hold points, and push the third party to fill in the witness results on the relevant records, sign and stamp;
14.Accompany the third party to inspect on site, and record the problems and corrective suggestions brought up by the third party and take photos, then push the corrective actions with records and photos taken as evidence of improvements; Communicate with the third party in time, and take care of the closing of NCRs.
15. Review the documents and records required by the third party to ensure the correctness, and submit the files to the third party through the Data Book Controller.
16. When there are different inspection results or any disagreements about the inspection results, he is responsible for giving a judgement;
17. Analyze the quality problems fed back by the customers, and transfer the information to the relevant departments and personnel, supervise the implementation of the corrective and preventative actions, and report the disposition results in written form in time.
