Responsibilities:
1. Ensure company about health and safety rules and regulations can implement, the target is zero accident.确保公司有关健康和安全等规章制度在本小组的贯彻，确保班组区域、人员安全零事故
2. According to the Lean policy, lead a rework team, ensure the quality and delivery. 贯彻执行精益生产原则，负责组织冲压件返修，确保零件返修效率和质量
3. According to PDCA cycle, establish and control the team targets, Responsible for problems involvement.通过PDCA 体系建立和完成班组各项指标，负责下工序冲压件问题响应及问题解决
4. Establish team training plan, guiding the team to learning, tracking the worker skill’s develop and audit, finding and cultivate excellent talents.制定班组年度培训计划，建立班组学习型组织，跟踪班组员工的岗位技能培训和评审.做好培训工作，发现和培养优秀人才
5. Control the parts scrap, and control the consumable material costs, control the energy using. 控制返修报废数量，合理控制本班组维修用原辅材料成本，降低能源和物资的消耗
6. Responsible for the target management and performance evaluation of team members.负责班组的日常组织管理和班组成员的绩效考核
1. High school / Vocational school/ Technical school or above, major in engineering is preferred.高中/中专/技校或以上学历，理工科类专业优先
2. At least have 5 years metal rework experience. 5年以上钣金返修经验
3. Have welding licence具有焊接作业证
4. Familiarity in press quality standards. 熟悉冲压件质量标准
5. Good capacity on team management. 很强的团队管理能力
6. Strong drive, commitment, flexibility and confidence to
