Responsibilities:
1. 确保公司有关健康和安全等规章制度在本小组的贯彻,确保班组区域和人员安全零事故
Make sure the rules and regulations related to health and safety are put into effect within the team to ensure team area zero accident and personnel safety.
2. 贯彻执行精益生产原则,负责PM计划的有效实施,确保模具维护维修质量
Carry out the principle of lean manufacturing. Be responsible for the effective implementation of PM Plan and ensure die maintenance and repair quality.
3. 通过PDCA 体系建立和完成班组各项指标,降低停线率,配合生产计划组织和协调模具维修工作
To reduce the shutdown rate by establishing the PDCA System and completing the QCTSM Target. Organizing and coordinating die maintenance work cooperating with the production plan.
4. 制定班组年度培训计划,建立班组学习型组织,跟踪班组员工的岗位技能培训和评审.做好培训工作,发现和培养优秀人才
Make plans for annual training and set up a learning organization for the team. Track and review the post skills training of the team members. To explore and develop talents.
5. 合理控制量产模具的试模时间,减少试模材料报废,控制模具备件费用。
Control the test time of mass production die reasonably. Reduce material waste in testing. Control the cost of spare parts of die.
6. 负责班组的日常组织管理和班组成员的绩效考核
Responsible for daily management work and performance appraisal of the team.
1. 高中/中专/技校或以上学历,模具或机械类专业
High School or technical school degree or above, major in Mould or Mechanism.
2. 5年以上模具制造或维护经验,2年以上团队管理经验并且负责过新车型模具调试工作。
More than 5 years of experience on die manufacturing or maintenance. More than 2 years team management experience and used to take charge of die debugging for new models.
3. 参与模具问题整改,能够提出维修建议或方案
Participate the problem solving of the dies. Able to provide improvement suggestion or maintenance plan.
4. 有焊工操作证及天车操作证
With operation certificate of welding and bridge crane.
5. 很强的团队管理能力
Good team management capability.
6. 工作主动性强,有很强的实现目标驱动力、责任和信心
With strong working initiative, driving forces, responsibility and confidence to achieve goals.
7. 具有良好的沟通技巧、团队合作意识和学习能力,高度的责任心和敬业精神及独立解决问题的能力。
Good communication skill, team spirit, learning capability, sense of responsibility, professional dedication , and be able to resolve problems independently.
