职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. 确保公司有关健康和安全等规章制度在本小组的贯彻，确保班组区域、人员安全零事故；
Ensure implementation about health and safety rules in my team, ensure zero accidents in the team area and team members.
2. 贯彻执行精益生产原则，负责PM计划的有效实施，带领班组成员严格按规定流程进行维修保养，并跟踪执行情况；
Implement lean manufacturing principles, responsible for the effective implementation of PM, lead the team members in strict accordance with the provisions of maintenance, and tracking performance.
3. 具备独立诊断和解决设备复杂机械、液压、电气故障问题的能力；
With independent the ability of diagnose and solve complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical failure problems.
4. 通过PDCA体系建立和完成班组各项指标，负责在线抢修的组织协调工作，降低停机时间，保证指标的完成，快速响应；
Through the PDCA system establishment and completion of various indicators in the team, responsible for organization and coordination online repair, reduce downtime, to ensure completion of the indicators, rapid response.
5. 制定班组年度培训计划，建立班组学习型组织，跟踪班组员工的岗位技能培训和评审.做好培训工作，发现和培养优秀人才；
Plan the annual training course in the team, Build learning organization in the team, track job skills training and assessment among the team members, discovering and developing talent.
6. 合理控制本班组维修用原辅材料成本，降低能源和物资的消耗；
Reasonable control of the repair cost of raw materials in the team, reduce the consumption of energy and materials.
7. 负责班组的日常组织管理和班组成员的绩效考核；
Responsible for the daily management and performance appraisal among the team members.
1. 大专以上学历，机械、电气自动化类专业 Above the junior college, mechanical, electrical, automation majors.
2. 3年以上汽车制造工厂设备维修经验，2年以上团队管理经验
More than 3 years Facility maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing plants, two years of experience in team management.
3. 熟悉冲压机械结构和电气控制 familiar press mechanical structure and electrical control.
4. 有电工操作证(钳工可无) have electrician certificate (mechanical workers can be no).
5. 很强的团队管理能力 Strong team management skills.
6. 工作主动性强，有很强的实现目标驱动力、责任和信心 Work initiative, there is a strong driving force to achieve objectives, responsibilities and confidence.
7. 具有良好的沟通技巧、团队合作意识和学习能力，高度的责任心和敬业精神及独立解决问题的能力 Have good communication skills, teamwork and learning ability, high sense of responsibility and professionalism and the ability to solve problems independently.
8. 有Aida冲压线维护经验者优先；有济二冲压机GUDEL自动送料横杆维护经验者优先；熟悉外企设备维修保养工作流程者优先； Aida press line maintenance experience is preferred.Jier press line and GUDEL automatic feeding bar maintenance experience is preferred. Be familiar with the process of equipment maintenance work in foreign company is preferred.
9. 英语能力强者优先；English skills better is preferred.
