Responsibilities:
1. 严格执行公司的安全规范以及安全操作规程，正确穿戴PPE，保证安全生产
Strictly Enforce safety specifications and operating procedure. Wear the PPE correctly and ensure safety in production.
2. 按岗位操作要求，实施模具维护保养计划，确保模具保养质量
Carry out the die maintenance and care plan according to the operational requirements.
3. 响应生产，支持在线问题的快速处置
Respond for online problem and participate in rapid treatment
4. 控制模具调试产品报废和调试时间
Control the material waste and test time of die and in testing.
5. 参与团队建设与发展，不断提高自身的综合素质
Take part in team building and continuously improve their overall quality.
1. 高中/中专/技校或以上学历，机械或模具类专业
High School or technical school degree or above, major in Mould or Mechanism.
2. 3年以上模具维护或制造经验，有新车模具试做经验优先
More than 3 years of experience on die manufacturing or maintenance. New model die trial-manufacture experience preferred.
3. 具有焊工操作证及天车作业证，有机床操作技能优先
With operation certificate of welding and bridge crane. Machine operating experience preferred.
4. 熟悉冲压模具结构，掌握机械识图技能
Familiar with press die construction and good ability to read drawings.
5. 工作主动性强，有很强的实现目标驱动力、责任和信心
With strong working initiative, driving forces, responsibility and confidence to achieve goals.
6. 具有良好的沟通技巧、团队合作意识和学习能力，高度的责任心和敬业精神及独立解决问题的能力。
Good communication skill, team spirit, learning capability, sense of responsibility, professional dedication , and be able to resolve problems independently.
