upport the build / validation of pre production prototype vehicles.
支持生产/建设试生产前的工装样车。
? To have responsibility for all launch activities within designated areas (T&F).

? Support virtual series to ensure parts / processes are designed for assembly, identify potential improvements/concerns.

? Provide robust training to manufacturing associates.

? Create preliminary WES / QMAPS.
制定初期WES/QMAPS
?Validate tooling & jigs to ensure functionality / fit for purpose.
验证工具和夹具来保证功能或适合用途 。
? Identify ergonomic, risk assessments & Health & Safety concerns including solutions.
确定符合人体工程学，风险评估及健康与安全问题，包括解决方案。
? DFA / PFMEA support.
支持DFA / PFMEA
? Identify risks to FTT / PCPA including potential solutions or containment actions.
确定FTT/ PC PA风险，包括潜在的解决方案或围堵行动。
? AIMS management.
? Generate / update relevant launch metrics.
生成/更新相关投产数据
