? Ensure the implementation of standardization work in the team , and master QPS/WES operation.

? Complete the daily administration and guidance ; ensure ANDON system response timely.
完成班组区域内的日常管理和指导工作；保证ANDON系统的及时响应。
? Assessing and training team staffs , ensure team staffs follow up the working standard and regulations.
对班组员工进行上岗培训与考核，确保班组员工按正确的标准工作，了解各项规章制度并严格遵守，并做好上下级沟通纽带。
? Responsible for the target management and performance evaluation of team staff , and help they make a progress .

3. Basically computer skill

4. Have certain ability in organization and coordination and two way communication skills 有一定的组织、协调及双向沟通能力
