Support the build / validation of pre production prototype vehicles.
支持生产/建设试生产前的工装样车。
? To have responsibility for all launch activities within designated areas (T&F).
在指定区域内负责所有投产活动。
? Provide robust training to manufacturing associates.
对生产员工进行培训。
? Create preliminary QPS/WES.
制定量产前的标准化作业文件QPS/WES。
? Validate tooling & jigs to ensure functionality / fit for purpose.
验证工具和夹具来保证功能或适合用途 。
? Support to complete and implement PFMEA.
支持完善并实施PFMEA工作。
To rework off-line products with problem.
负责返修下线问题的车辆。
? Repair on production line.
负责线上返修工作。
?？Be able to do different workstation as management.
能够根据车间管理需要满足岗位柔性要求。
?Responsible for other subservience work and obey temporary production arrangement.

1. High school / Vocational school/ Technical school or above ,
major in engineering is preferred.

2.Good at English is preferred and extend the terms

3. Basically computer skill

4. Have certain ability in organization and coordination and two way communication skills 有一定的组织、协调及双向沟通能力

6. Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required

7. The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
