Responsible for new worker/key worker orientation training and yearly training plan create and follow up.
负着生产线新员工的入职培训，以及车间年段培训计划的制定及实施
- Join MPO and shops regular meeting. 参加例会
- Coordinate hourly paid worker company orientation training, 协调新工人的入职培训
- Lead manufacture standard training, 组织并实施制造部标准的培训
- Lead basic skill training, 组织并实施基本技能培训
- Deliver standard training. 作为讲师讲制造部课程
- Implement basic skill training facilities ( e.g. screw, toque, harness connection, weld, sealing…)，实施标准化技能培训设施 (例如 锁螺丝，扭矩，线索连接，焊接，密封等…)
- Collect each production shop training plan 收集各车间的培训计划
- Define year training plan with each production shop. 制定年度培训计划
- Maintenance learning management system, 维护陪许系统数据
- Lean knowledge 精益生产知识
Bachelor, Engineering or technology 理工科大专以上学历
Be able to train in Chinese 能够用汉语培训
Be able to manage daily communication in English 能够日常英语交流
Team player and be good at coordinating. 团队合作，沟通协调
