主要职责如下：
Facilitate Lean system on-site implementation to the expected result. 推动精益系统在现场的实施，达到期望的结果
- Join the shops regular meeting. 参加车间例会
- Monitor the team board status, ensure all level team boards living and following the standard. 监控团队目视板的状态，确保所有级别的团队目视板都按时更新并符合标准。
- Check and confirm results/ status of Lean tools implementation. 检查并确认精益工具在现场实施的结果和状态。
- Spread Lean knowledge as a trainer. 作为培训师传播精益知识。
- Support the workers training requirement related to Lean.支持与精益相关的工人培训
- Assist the SMEs in completing the self-assessment, assist Lean system manager in plant assessment. 协助各区域SME完成车间自评，协助精益系统团队完成工厂评估。
Bachelor, Engineering or technology 理工科学士学位
Be able to train in Chinese 能够用汉语培训
Be able to manage daily communication in English 能够日常英语交流
