1. 理解本区域内动态审核战略。
Understand and Develop strategy for the team.
2. 负责完成审核组工作有效的开展。
Responsible to carry out the work efficiently.
3. 负责对重要问题信息及时有效的传递给相关单位和人员，跟踪措施实施情况、效果。
Inform the issue to the related department and people. Track the issue solving and control actions.
4. 执行相关程序和控制计划，达到公司指定的质量目标。
Take out the procedure and the control plan and improve it. Achieve the company’s goal.
5. 负责本组内设备、工具的验收、检查、保养、校准工作。
Responsible the own area facility and tools receive、maintain、calibration.
6. 负责本组内工作区域内5S工作开展
Responsible the lab office 5S job.
7. 必要时服从上级安排的临时性工作，如协助相关单位库存排查等。
Obey orders for temporary job, For example the yard checking and so on.
1.Ability to do audits jobs of processes and influence others.
有能力开展过程工作
2.Degree qualified.
中专及以上，机械或汽车专业毕业优先
3.Good oral and written communication skills. Familiar with PC and office software. Healthy.
有熟练的说写交流技巧，熟悉基本电脑操作、Office 软件使用，五感正常，身体健康。
4.Experience in Manufacturing or Quality inspection.
有制造或质量检验经验
5.Good working knowledge of problem solving.
具有基本发现和分析问题的能力
6.Good responsibility, can work hard and obey the order.
工作认真负责，能吃苦耐劳，服从上级命令。
7. At least 2 years Drive experience
具有2年以上实际驾龄。
