职位描述
1. 按测量计划组织人员编制三坐标程序和开展测量活动，保证计划的有效执行；
Organize people to carry out CMM programming and measurement activities in accordance with the measurement plan, ensure the effective implement of measurement plan.
2. 对测量资源进行有效的调度和管理，保证测量任务的完成；
Manage and adjust metrology resource to support irregular measurement tasks.
3. 参与建立奇瑞捷豹路虎测量相关的程序，并确保操作按程序规范执行；
Be involved in the activity to create the metrology related procedure of CJLR, and ensure the procedure be followed.
4. 对测量设备(三坐标和其他)，工具组织定期维护校准；
Organize the periodic calibration and maintenance of metrology equipment and tools (CMM etc.).
5. 组织班组会议，统筹安排交接班，保证信息畅通，运作高效；
Schedule shift, and organize daily shift conference; ensure smooth information flow and efficient operation.
6. 作为5S负责人，带领团队创造优质环境；
Responsible for CMM room 5S, maintain an excellent working environment.
7. 建立，维护三坐标测量室的目视化看板，保持信息更新；
Establish, maintain the visual board in CMM room, keeping the information updated.
8. 记录测量技师的绩效，进行月度考核；
Record the achievement of metrology technicians, complete monthly performance evaluation.
9. 对下属进行相关的培训：测量技术，5S，公司程序等等。
Take related training for subordinated: Measurement skills, 5S and company policies.
10. 及时向上级主管汇报工作完成情况和进行月度总结。
Timely report to Metrology Supervisor for the work status, and complete monthly summary.
1. 具有至少五年质量检验相关工作经验。
Experience in quality inspection or relative filed for 5 years.
2. 具有两年管理相关工作经验。
2 years’ experience in supervision.
3. 机械相关专业，大专学历。
Major in mechanical subject, junior college degree.
4. 熟练的IT技能- 熟练应用Windows , MS office等等。
Strong ability to lead, coach and train people. Excellent oral and written communication skills. English critical.
5. 有三坐标编程经验。
Experience in CMM programming is a must.
6. 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力
Good communication skill and team working ability
7. 需要具备一定的英语书面和口语沟通能力。
Can simply communicate in English, written and oral both.
