职位描述
1. 负责实施扭矩工具校准工作，包括DC工具，电池扳手，咔嗒扳手，数显扳手
Implement the torque audit work, include dynamic torque and residual torque audit.
2. 对重要问题信息及时有效的传递给相关单位和人员，跟踪措施实施情况、效果。
Inform the issue to the related department and people. Track the issue solving.
3. 负责定期整理问题信息，编制相关汇报材料。
Summary the issue information and make the report.
4. 负责问题的及时汇报、反馈等相关工作，。
Report and feedback the critic issue to team leader in time.
5. 执行控制计划，达到公司指定的工作目标。
Implement control plan, Achieve the company’s goal.
6. 日常工作中对设备工具进行简单的保养维护。
Responsible the facility and tools simply maintain in routine work
7. 负责与实验室同事合作完成标定小车的周期送检校准
Corporate with Lab colleagues about test bench regular calibration
1. Ability to lead audits of processes and influence others.
有能力开展过程工作
2. High school / Vocational school/ Technical school or above Major in Vehicle or Mechanical
高中/中专/技校或以上, 汽车或机械类专业
3. Strong ability to coach/train people ie excellent oral and written communication skills. Basically computer skill，be familiar with the vehicle construction and principle preferred
有很强的说写交流技巧，基本的计算机操作，熟悉汽车构造和原理优先
4. 3 years experiences in Quality Dep., Torque tool calibration and tool management experience,
整车厂质量部工作经验三年，有扭矩工具校准和工具管理工作经验。
5. Good working knowledge of problem solving.

6. Ability to interpret and understand complex situations and develop proposals for action.
能够说明和理解复杂情况，提出解决建议
