职位描述
1. 负责海克斯康三坐标设备的日常维护，简单故障处理。
Be responsible for Hexagon CMM routine maintenance, simple fault handle.
2. 负责外购件外协件及自制产品的编程，测量及报告的输出，确保报告格式符合客户的要求.
Responsible for the programming of purchased outsourcing parts and home-made products measurement and report output, to ensure that the report format in accordance with customer requirements.
3. 及时完成每天的产品测量任务。
Finish product measurement task every day.
对于尺寸超差的情况要及时反映给相关负责人，进行原因分析并提出工艺改善建议。
For size out-of-tolerance situations should report to relative person in time, also can do reason analysis and put forward process improvement suggestions.
4. 负责实验室其他测量设备的日常管理及维护。
Responsible for laboratory other measuring equipment daily management and maintenance.
5. 负责外购件，外协件的来料检验。
Responsible for purchased parts and outsourcing parts incoming inspection.
6. 负责实验室日常5S管理，确保实验室环境清洁符合测量要求。
Responsible for lab daily 5S management, ensure the lab environment clean and conform to meet the measurement requirements.
7. 及时完成领导安排的其它任务。
Timely complete other tasks arranged by leader.
1. 具有两年相关工作经验。
2 years’ experience in this area.
2. 机械相关专业，中专及以上学历
Technical secondary school degree or above.
3. 熟练的IT技能- 熟练应用Windows , MS office等等。
Be family with windows and office software.
4. 有三坐标编程经验。
Experience in CMM programming is a must.
5. 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力
Good communication skill and team working ability
6. 需要具备一定的英语书面和口语沟通能力。
Can simply communicate in English, written and oral both.
