Responsibility

n Maps out overall technical plan with specific targets and strategy from a vertical/geography/timeliness positioning standpoint

n Manages existed pre- and after sales technical procedure

n Lead to carries out all new programs of technical function, especially in product release, application development, technical training as well as local project pump assembly

n Handle and organize technical training/discussion/contact locally and overseas

n Upgrades and reinforces the capability of technical work shop center

n Make technical direction and solution to support sales and marketing activities such as customer visiting, sales meeting/seminar attending, technical translation etc.

n Apperceives and master the technical know-how of competitors and sharing interiorly

n Responsible for IT solution for KNF China

n In charge of logistic and inventory function

n Support and involve to KNF Global technical issue if necessary

n Build and lead technical team further including service, logistic/stock, IT etc.

n Tracking budget vs actual to ensure financial discipline/analysis and discussion with the management.

n Carry out other tasks assigned by General Manager

n Report to General Manager

Requirements

2 Education: University Graduate or above in engineering

2 Language: Fluent in English and Chinese both in writing and speaking

2 Experience: technical engineering and/then technical team leader for 5 plus years. Business development experience is an added advantage.
