Responsibility
2 Receipt of fixed order info by telephone, fax, mail, or email etc. from Industrial sales team
2 Master all after process of customer documentation, order generation, payment control, coordination of order overseas and shipment and so on with communication/coordination of customers.
2 Verify order detail with sales function and coordinate with production center overseas if necessary.
2 Ensure order completion to customer satisfaction in company routines and rules
2 Collect new cases/items coming in and forward to corresponding sales engineer
2 Deal with the order from existed customer with repeated purchase
2 Take care customer credit where appropriated.
2 Create, maintain and enhance good communication and relationships both externally and internally
2 Support commercial activity if necessary
2 Undertake other tasks as maybe required by the company.
2 Be encouraged to seek and identify new learning opportunities.
Qualification
2 At least 5+ years experience in commercial field. With similar working experience is preferred.
2 Degree to which KNF is perceived in market place as professional and customer focused through manner of response
2 Proactive and hard working without process delay.
2 Bachelor degree is plus.
2 Must be trustworthy, careful and accuracy of information relative with responsibility and company benefit in mind.
2 Good communication skill and willing to face challenge.
2 Good and smooth communication in English (Written & Spoken)
