Sina Retail & Image, a design agency founded by 2 very experienced foreign executives with a long working record in China, based in Shanghai.
It is a fast-growing, very dynamic and creative design agency, already a leader on the Beauty market, working for a consolidated portfolio of International and Local clients, including a growing number of projects abroad. Sina Retail & Image is currently expanding to all categories of Retail Design.
We are now looking for a very professional and ambitious Business Development Manager, able to lead the commercial strategy of the agency and its business expansion.
Job Description:
1. Define a yearly commercial action plan (definitions of actions, planification of these actions);
2. Enrich and update the prospects database and clients;
3. Manage the telephone prospection: identification and qualification of projects;
4. Prepare the meetings, manage the planning and organize missions;
5. Elaborate agency presentations, quotations and contracts;
6. Search actively for new customers;
7. Follow up the press news/ competition, specialised in press.
Function:
Engage in all areas related to building and creating new clients/accounts, supervising campaign execution, maintaining relationships and providing services and solutions to clients.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must have the ability to independently develop new clients and accounts and hit the sales target;
2. Candidate must be service and solution oriented, being able to maintain developed clients/accounts and provide commercial / marketing solutions that fit their needs;
3. Candidate must be able to coordinate internal and external project/execution requirements and be able to build good work relationship with both colleagues and clients.
Required Profile:
1. At least 2 years working experience in Sales, Marketing or Client Service of a Retail Brand or Advertisement Agency;
2. Candidate should have a strong network of clients and with good negotiation skills, professional, result oriented, independent and driven to hit sales target;
3. Candidate should carry a strong and verifiable track record in developing and implementing new business. Elaborate agency presentations, quotations and contracts;
4. Knowledge of the Chinese Market is a must;
5. English speaking Chinese is preferred.
