主要职责：
1.中方员工的福利管理，含社保、公积金的办理；
2.外国人的福利管理、证件的监管；
3.教师课时费用的审核及日常考勤汇总；
4.绩效考核；
5.员工录用退工手续的办理；
6.其他主管交办的事项。

要求：
1.大专及以上学历；
2.3年以上薪资福利管理经验；
3.熟练使用excel、word；
4.良好的英语沟通能力，含书面及口语能力；
5.沟通能力佳，工作认真、仔细，进取心强。
