工作职责：
1.协助班主任（即课程顾问）完成日常服务工作；
2.团队工作支持；
3.图书馆业务管理；
4.学校及主管要求的其它工作；
5.开班前建立班级点名册，通知家长上课时间，并提醒开课注意事项；
6.生日会准备；
7.调换课通知；
8.帮助课程顾问确认插班试听学生的安排，保证班级的正常人数；
9.接听电话和接待来访，并对于销售资源进行记录、登记，由分校长进行分配或按内部规则分配；
10.在课程顾问繁忙时段，协助咨询；
11.图书的整理和统计，书刊排放整齐有序，标识清楚醒目；
12.帮助进阅览室的同学保管书包。雨伞和食物等不能带进图书馆；
13.每天清点图书，并做好图书清点。

1专科或专科以上学历
2服务工作经验1年以上，
3有亲和力
4沟通能力强

1基本英语书面及口语能力
2培训行业服务经验优先考虑
