Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the radiation safety program and EHS program that is full compliance with laws and regulations requirements, guarantees the safety of employees and customer as well, includes:

监督和管理公司的放射安全和EHS符合法律法规的要求，确保员工和客户的安全，包括以下两方面：

1. Radiation source management

- Paper work for radiation source import, export and inland transfer

- Documentation control of license, certificate, customer information, etc.

- Continuously updating the procedures in source control and radiation safety management

- Organize and deliver radiation safety training and education to ensure radiation safety performance

- Handling the radiation source which include new source inspection, source assembling, breakdown and packing for shipment

- Scheduled liaison with local authorities, include arrange the package test for shipment

- Updating the license/certificate if required by government

- Follow the order schedule for match the delivery date by internal customer and external customer

1. 放射源管理

- 放射源进出口和国内放射源转让的文件准备

- 许可证、资格证和客户信息的文件控制

- 放射源控制和放射安全管理流程的持续改进

- 组织进行放射安全培训，以实现放射安全的绩效

- 操作放射源包括检验、安装、拆解和运输包装

- 安排同当地政府机构联络事宜，包括发货前的包装测试

- 如果需要，更新许可证信息给政府机构

- 跟踪订单交期以符合内外部客户的交付日期

2. EHS management

- Conduct and implement EHS program under the ABB group guidance to improve internal employees EHS behavior

- Facilitates process and provides technical and administrative leadership to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and requirement

- Continuously identifies, assesses, and reduces/eliminates EHS risk (including security)

- Establishes and maintains relationships with governmental authorities on matters of environmental permits, submission of required reports, and maintenance of data

- Investigates incidents (including near misses, releases, and losses) and accidents to determine root causes and prepares/directs corrective action plans

- Plans to deal with emergency situations that could adversely impact the environment, employees, or the community

- Responsible for comprehensive understanding and implementation the new government legislation and regulation on environment

- Planning and implementing internal EHS audit program

- Organize and deliver EHS related training to ensure EHS performance

- Communicating and cooperating with other ABB units and ABB corporate functions to fulfill ABB reporting requirements

2. EHS管理

- 组织和实施ABB集团EHS计划，以提高内部员工的行为符合EHS要求

- 改善流程，提供技术和管理来确保符合法律法规的要求

- 持续不断的识别、评估和消除EHS方面的风险

- 在环境许可、报告递交和数据方面维护建立和维护与政府部门的关系

- 事故（包括未遂事故、已发生事故和损工事故）和事件调查，原因分析以及采取纠正预防措施
- 对可能影响环境、员工和团体的紧急状况提出计划

- 负责全面理解和实施在环境方面新的政府法律法规

- 策划和实施EHS内审计划

- 组织和实施EHS相关培训以确保EHS绩效

- 与ABB其他业务单元和部门沟通协调来达到ABB报告的要求

Requirements:

Bachelor degree and above in nuclear engineering and technology, environmental sciences, environmental engineering or related fields

Familiar with providing advice, assistance and training and education on radiological safety matters

Experienced in coordinating radiation inspections and representing company interests to the local government authorities

Radiation source and X-ray equipment management experience preferred

Minimum 4 years working experience in related field

Ability to organize and plan the work system

Computer skill in SAP, Lotus Notes and office

Fluent oral and written English

Good interpersonal skills

本科以上学历，核工程与核技术、环境科学、环境工程等相关专业

熟悉在放射安全事务方面提供建议、支持和教育培训

有协调放射检验和代表公司相关方处理与当地政府事务的经验

有放射源和X射线装置管理经验优先

至少四年相关领域工作经验

具备一定的组织和计划工作能力

具备SAP，电子邮件和办公软件的计算机能力

良好的英语口语和书写能力

良好的人际关系沟通技巧
