General Counsel / Vice President of Deal Execution

Responsibilities:
Provide support for general corporate legal matters
Provide day-to-day advice and solutions for structuring of term sheets and review of hotel transaction documents
Assist in negotiations with property owners and developers
Assist in investment deals with legal due diligence support

Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree or equivalent
Superior academic record
Relevant legal experience preferred
Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese preferred
