Job Summary:

1. According to different customer quality request handle new product development cycle verification plan (AQP) and item in SH.

2. Guarantee product the quality and the lifetime confidence.

3. Handle and verify new materials, new production equipment & process, new product technique, and engineering change (ECRB) RA test request plan and item in NJ.

4. Estimate and confirm the product specification, the characteristic and potential problem.

5. Write the DQA report

6. Handle customer complain with the RA issue.

Major Responsibilities:

I)Policy drafting /Planning responsibility:

1. Draft RA test item according to AQP and execute reliability verification, and then come out test report.

2. Handle RA progress and defect tracing, solution verification. Issue management

3. ECRB and SWR (special work request) verification and approved.

4. Cover extension: survey new test skill, technical and knowledge of product

5. Implement routine affair and manager instruction job

6. Monitor product verified progress and work flow improvement.

II)Execution responsibility

1. Survey test condition and standard method of reliability verification well.

2. Conduct issue management include sensitive criterion, analysis and tracking.

3. Draw up product qualification plan and work flow.

4. Hand over with DQA CN/NJ for getting lessons learn and design qualification result and follow up.

5. Plan and monitor AQP & product qualification from sample run for NPI and site change.

6. FPS risk assessment, and then present it to NJ MQA/SQA/CQE

Qualification Required:

I)Education/Certification level

1. Major in Optical Material/Electronics/ Physics of engineering field.

2. Bachelor degree or above

II)Pervious work experiences

1. With one year of design quality experience or electro-optical field in factory.

2. Working knowledge of product development process in test, issue, tracking and risk management.

3. Or no working experience, but interested in Q domain..

III)Other knowledge and skills

1. CET-4 or above

2. Familiar with computer skill , such as office ; powerpoint ; excel ; word….and so on .
