Main Responsibilities
按要求取样Sampling followed requirement
按照IP对新进原料及过期原料进行检验和放行Testing and releasing of incoming & overdue RM followed Inspection Plan
异常原料的追踪及处理Tracking and dealing with OOS RM
检验方法的转移及SOP的编写Related SOP and the form of writing
检测报告及周/月报Test report and weekly/monthly report
仪器及试剂的申购和维护Equipments & reagents procurement and maintenance
支持相关的工艺验证Support related process validation
监控生产用水及饮用水的水质Monitor the water quality of production water & drinking water
负责环境监测和其他GMP公用工程设施的监测To be in charge of environmental and other GMP utility monitoring
实验室5S及EHS Lab 5S & EHS
需要时负责对原材料进行色谱及微生物检验Monitor GC、HPLC and microbial test of RM if need
其他与质量相关的事项To assume other tasks related to Quality

Qualification & Experience
具备出众的学习能力和积极的工作态度Eager to learn and have a positive attitude on job
快消行业3年以上相关工作经验优先Above 3 years related working experience in FMCG industry is preferred
化学或生物相关专业，有相关检验员证书优先 Diploma with chemical or biological related major, related certificates are preferred
熟悉微生物检测的优先Microbial test skill is preferred
熟悉气相、液相色谱的优先GC、HPLC skills are preferred
良好的计算机技能Good PC skills: word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
良好的英语技能Good English skill
