Title: HR Officer/ Asst Mgr

Report to: HR Director

Main Responsibilities:

HR BP for HR Department

1. Coordinate across HR sub-functions in generating HR report through consolidation, formatting and analysis if requested

2. Follow/Track HR KPIs with all sub-functional leaders and push for improvement activities

3. Lead some global projects and drive for execution through cross function communication, such as engagement survey, etc.

4. Update and optimize shared platform for HR team to ensure the collaboration between sub-functions of HR on info symmetric basis

HR BP for Shanghai Office

5. As communication interface in releasing personnel announcement/ HR related notice

6. As communication interface for Shanghai office employees in dealing with complains, queries and coordinate with labor union

7. Provide consolidated info to admin and other supporting functions for company event, national-wide employee activities, company welfare distribution, etc.

8. Be familiar with HR policy and provide related consultancy to Shanghai office employees, timely response to employees’ query of e HR system, reimbursement system

Qualification & Experience/职位要求

1.必备专业技能/经验及语言能力 （如不具备，不予考虑）

Critical Functional Competency & Language (Experience & Knowledge & Language)

· Related working experience in HR department

· Basic knowledge of labor law

· Fluent English both in speaking and writing

2.其他专业技能/经验 Other Functional Competency (Experience & Knowledge)

· At least 2 years working experience in HR function, preferable with cross-function experience in HR filed

· Familiar with HR operation process with corporation working experience

· Experienced in co-working with business department, familiar with FMCG sector is preferred

· Experience in generating HR report or optimizing SOP documents is preferred

· Bachelor degree or above
