Position Title: Executive Assistant

Report To: Sales GM

Department: Sales

Location: Shanghai_GGW

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage Sales GM’s appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of the time

2. Maintain Sales GM’s special/strategic projects

3. Advises supports, assists, coordinates and collaborates on special projects which are highly complex, and involve creation and oversight of multifaceted teams

4. Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion

5. Prepare documents and presentation materials

6. Screen and respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls; drafting letters and official information releases

7. Arrange and attending meetings; take minutes

8. Ad-hoc reporting on activities

9. Maintain and update customer database, prepare direct mails

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Around 5 years experience in multi-national companies, preferred FMCG industry

3. Excellent language capability in both English and Chinese

4. Excellent computer skills as excel, PPT and so on

5. Good interpersonal communication skills

6. Team player and proactive attitude

7. Good attitude and ability to learn
