Major Responsibilities:

- Responsible for screening all the incoming phone calls in a polite manner with standard greetings and transferring to the concerned parties, take messages if needed;

- Greet visitors, do registrations and guide them to the appropriate staff;

- Ensure all the incoming / outgoing expresses & mails are well received, distributed and recorded as the company standard required; Update employee name list timely.

- Responsible for business cards purchase management;

- Assist colleague to reserve air ticket

- Collect finical novice, flow Admin different form and other admin work


Education and Experiences:

College above education background;
Minimal 1 year experience in reception and back office

Skills:

Excellent spoken and written English is a must;

Good PC skills, familiar with Microsoft Office;
