Responsibilities:
1.Receive and transfer company telephone.

2.Executive express receiving and delivery.
管理公司邮件的接收和发送并做记录
3.Receive visitor and make registration.

4.Keep office environment clean and comfortable.

Requirement:
l. Excellent fresh graduate student or Around 1-year working experience as receptionist in foreign invested companies.
有经验者优先
2.Activity, polite and good working attitude.
积极、礼貌、良好的工作态度
3.good command of English, and computer skill
良好的英文和计算机能力
协助HR发放考勤卡、月度工人考勤统计
6.Support for dealing with HR/ Admin. Stationery PR and delivery etc.
