We are looking for a PHP Lead Developer to work in our Shanghai headquarters who knows PHP in and out and can advise our team and clients on requirements and solutions based on PHP.
The ideal candidate knows the PHP coding, structure, capabilities and functionalities extremely well and has worked extensively on the development/coding of functions.

Responsibilities：
- Convert business requirements to technical solution (Technical feasibility study)
- Write and update technical specifications along the project
- Guide and support others developers in complex developments
- Review and optimize existing code
- Help project manager to build internal planning
- Develop part of the code with development team
- Report status to the project manager
- Identify code that can be reused within different projects
- Merge development to stable environment using GIT/SVN
- Release versions to (pre)production server

Requirements / Skills：
- At least 6 years of strong PHP development experience and good expertise of the Zend framework and possibly other frameworks
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML 5/CSS 3, Ajax and the optimization of MySQL / database connections
- Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills, a calm personality and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Absolute dedication to quality and efficiency of solutions
- A good team player with excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills and a skill to explain difficult things in easy terms
- Knowledge of e-commerce framework Magento highly advantageous but not mandatory
- Spoken and written fluency in English
- Zend/PHP certification advantageous but not necessary
