Objectives:
This position is for a PA6 lab technician to support the PA6 plant of BACH Site. The objectives of this position is to follow the established quality, safety and environmental procedures and policies to conduct sample analysis timely and accurately.

Accountabilities:
1. Analyzing raw materials, in-process and finished products to assure and document that they meet customers’ requirements.
2. Quickly response to the lab engineer and/or plant if any abnormal or deviation detected.
3. Actively supports to operation team in process troubleshooting, de-bottlenecking and optimization projects.
4. Following established quality, safety and environmental procedures and policies and operating lab instruments in a safe and professional manner.
5. Maintaining lab areas, equipment and PPEs "5S" clean, organized and safe.
6. Follow up Company’s EHS Guidelines. Attend relevant EHS training to improve EHS awareness.
7. Maintain the test data in LIMS and/or SAP QM to manage the Quality Assurance process to fulfill quality system and customers’ requirements.
8. Fully responsible for the lab operation during the shift time, review, analyze and maintain data, and quickly response to abnormal samples and/or data, keep good communication with plant.
9. Deliver training of analysis methods to shift team, maintain the training and qualification records of shift team.
10. Assure the updated analysis methods and requirements followed within the shift team.
11. Preparation of reagents and standards to assure no interruption of analysis service.
12. Calibrate the standard solutions with the updated calibration method.
13. According to supervisor’s instruction to maintain and calibrate analytical instruments to keep them in operative condition.
14. Support supervisor for sample management: retain, stock, deliver and disposition.
15. Monitor the reagents and consumables stock and report to supervisor.
16. Generating ideas that improve the safety, efficiency and or/the overall effectiveness of the PA6 lab.


Requirements:
Education: Vocational school or above.
Working Experience: min. 2 years QC lab working experience.
Technical & Professional Knowledge: good communication skills; good EHS awareness.
