Work Location: Shanghai- JinQiao (Shutle Bus is Provided) Reporting to: Assistant Manager, QA People Management Responsibility: No Travel Required: 20% Shift Required: No JOB OBJECTIVES: The Quality Assurance Engineer (senior), acting as customer quality representative, leads quality assurance activity in each phase of production realization. Prepare quality assurance documents of APQP and PPAP per customer requirements. Create working instructions, specifications, customer drawings, and inspection plans. Support quality system continuous improvement. Take a lead customer voice and complaint. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Create quality planning for APQP and follow up open action 2. Create/Input Specification and customers’ requirement in system (including drawing, specification of product) 3. Take a lead customer audit and conduct self-audit (Process, PPAP, customer specified audit…) and follow up finding action 4. Responsible for PPAP initial approval and submission. Communicate with customer to get first trial run results and feedback. 5. Trace the first three batches after SOP 6. Responsible for customer voice/complaint and take a lead action plan 7. Support quality improvement activities, manage, validation and submit customer 8D, 8. Ensure clear customer quality requirements are conveyed. 9. Follow up periodic test and submit report to customers if applicable. 10 Maintain and build good relationship with OEM and Canner Customer 11 Support to develop quality culture in site

REQUIREMENTS: 1. BS in Chemical Engineering or Automotive Engineering. 2. Above 5 years work experience in quality assurance. 3. Familiar with quality management system ISO/TS 16949 or ISO 9001. 4. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC. 5. Good English skills 5. Good Communication and Team Work 6. GB/BB is prefer
