Reporting to: Manager, Marketing, Corn&Herbicide,Agcelence Project
People Management Responsibility: No

JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. Investment in emerging opportunities on corn and from herbicide market, in alignment with Country business strategy.
2. Support development of 3-year corn strategy, preparing to transfer to other KBU’s and crops;
3. Support corn portfolio development, e.g. refinement of Arietta positioning
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To support Corn manager in daily work.
2. To manage existing products in herbicide portfolio to achieve business target.
3. To support market activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Bachelor Degree or appropriate professional qualification
2. Experience: 1). 2 – 5 year experience in marketing / sales / R&D, preferably of herbicide launching in China, 2). A broad understanding of the agricultural crop protection industry as well as thorough knowledge of marketing and business planning concepts and their application
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to utilize market intelligence & data to take decisive action
