Objectives:
Operates/controls and supervise the units of production line, including DCS operating, machine operating, loading and unloading, tank farm operating, utility operating and defined maintenance jobs in accordance with production procedure, production target, safety regulations, quality control target and supervisor’s instruction.

Main Tasks:

• Fully understands and predominates operation procedure, EHS regulations and quality control procedure with respect to defined operation jobs of unit in process.


• Ensures the smooth and safe running of committed unit in production line with strict follow-up of operation procedure production instructions and EHS regulations.


• Monitors the running units closely and takes actions against any turbulence and failures happening in process promptly.


• Commits the defined process checking, adjustment and cleaning of units periodically according to operation procedure, EHS regulations and instructions from shift supervisor.


• For System House emergency response and support company SIMT according to shift supervisor direction if incident take place.


• Ensures making precise and timely records in logbook and in production control system for defined operating actions, maintenance activities, turbulence and failures in process, quality reports and parameters of process.


• Keeps good house keeping in each production unit and handle with all waste material in accordance with EHS regulations strictly.


• Commits defined maintenance jobs on mechanical parts in production line. Supervises and cooperates with maintenance team during proceeding maintenance tasks in shift or in overhaul.


• Commits the defined sampling in process, cooperation with TS and lab Inspector.


• Makes clear and comprehensive handover to next shift team regarding defined units for production status, loading and unloading, quality, troubleshooting and EHS issues.


• Willing and have potential to be shift leader or higher.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree chemical engeering
• Prefer to have working experience in chemical industry,graduate is preferred
• Good learning ability.
• Stable and expecting on long-term jobs in BASF Company.
• Fits and intends to be working in shift work.
• Good at English listening, speaking, reading, writing.
