JOB OBJECTIVES:
Responsible for daily maintenance coordination, assets optimization, maintenance work order planning & execution and maintenance cost supervision of the Plant.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate Plant maintenance activities with site Maintenance discipline engineers and site Maintenance Planner e.g. Monthly Maintenance Plan preparation, maintenance prioritization & scheduling, Plant KPI statistics etc.;
2. Create value-added maintenance Work Notification in SAP system;
3. Responsible for further development of assets within the BU;
4. Identifying and ordering of maintenance services from site central maintenance;
5. Initiation of modifications of the plant with focus on assets;
6. Coordinate with site discipline leaders for an optimum performance of maintenance services;
7. Gatekeeping assignment of maintenance services within the BU Provide safety training to new employees;
8. Supervision of Plant Maintenance costs;
9. Coordinate the overall planning of plant modifications and repair-work with site maintenance and production manager;
10. Coordinate weak-point-analysis and execution of detailed root-cause-analysis (e.g. Bad Actors) with site maintenance;
11. Support Maintenance Department for market investigation for the area of technical equipment and services;
12. Support Maintenance Department for Plant RBM (Risk-Based-Maintenance) activities;
13. Support site central maintenance to screen potential contractors;
14. Maintain technical documentation of the Plant up-to-date.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor or above, Chemical engineering or Mechanical engineering;
Working Experience: 5 years;
Technical and Professional Knowledge: good English skill and computer skill, good communication abiltiy and interpersonal understanding.
