Develop and maintain Haworth's regional supply base through monitoring of supplier programs, products and processes so as to meet Haworth's internal engineering and quality requirements.

1. Support and implement global sourcing function with Product Design Reviews, Supplier Profiles, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Supplier Readiness Review (SRR) for local suppliers
2. Conduct potential supplier audit as required and process audit for existing suppliers
3. Collaborate with Global Supplier Quality department to troubleshoot quality issues with correction action reports and follow-up effectively
4. Lead onsite inspector to monitor suppliers' quality control process and offshore product inspections
5.Develop and implement process for reviewing, approving, and inventory of product development and implementation for suppliers
6. Implement program to monitor and record use and maintenance of all Haworth Furniture tooling in use at local sources
7. Document and report Supplier Performance files for all Asia operations
8.Monitor quality of local supplier parts and recommend sources for corrective actions to the responsible Buyer
9. Support Buyers in manufacture monitoring of Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) by local sources through attending supplier equipment and parts qualification runs to identify and resolve quality problems
10. Support corporate and regional supplier activities as requested by the Regional QA Manager

? Degree in Engineering or equivalent such as Physics, Mathematics or Chemistry
? Minimum 3 years' experience in quality control with engineering knowledge in multi-national manufacturing environment
? Familiar with CP, PFD, FMEA and PPAP etc.
