职位描述

1. Provide admin assistance to China CSS managers; Provide or consolidate regular reports according to managers’ requirements.
2. Act as key contact point with regional & local L&D owners for training needs collection, training roadmap consolidation & necessary logistic coordination.
3. Act as department record management owner to coordinate record management activities per company policy.
4. Help/assist on staffing tasks assigned by managers, such as managing new employee on-board & NEO process, HC replacement application, people resignation, etc.
5. Arrange department meeting facilities in terms of meeting room and projector, etc. Arrange remote meeting room and facilities for business trip and product training activities.
6. Assist on department/team regular communication or team building activities.
7. Host overseas visitors on logistic matters.
8. Be department key contact point on CHP’s employee union events or CHP social activities.
9. Provide general admin support to assigned teams, including business travel planning & arrangements, PO activities, stationary, assets management, etc.

Qualification:
1. University graduate or above majored in administration or related areas.
2. > 2 years of working experience.
3. Be proficient in office tools.
4. Excellent teamwork with enjoying serving others.
5. Strong interpersonal & coordination capability.
6. Good at written & spoken English.
