Objectives of the position:
职位目标：
1. To be responsible for the smooth and safe operation of assigned process units in accordance to the operation manual and set data for process and quality control负责按照操作手册进行顺利的，安全的生产和设定流程和质量控制的参数。
2. To assist supervisor to run the production at an effective manner and trouble free operation so as to meet the need of production schedule and SHE requirements.助主管有效地运行在生产和无故障运行，以满足生产进度和安全健康环保要求的需要
3. To assist trouble shooting in order to restore process or plants back to normal operation.
Immediate reporting the equipment failure and insufficient safety status to the supervisors for repairs or replacement.协助进行故障排除，以恢复生产过程或车间正常运行。
4. To take charge of the production activities in the absence of the supervisor.在没有主管时，负责生产活动。
Main Task:
主要职责：
1. To be responsible for the daily operation at assigned plant facilities, it includes the CCTV monitor and emergency facilities. 对指派的车间装置区域的日常操作负责, 包括中央电视监视器和应急设施。
2. To assist supervisor to restore the smooth and safe work of the assigned plant process when there is unexpect event during the normal operation
配合车间班长共同解决生产突发问题，使生产安全顺利的进行。
3. To monitor and to re-adjust the product quality of the intermediate products in accordance with manufacturing procedure and testing data from Lab Assistant. It needs the advice from supervisor or technical support when the product is off-spec.
根据QC测试数据和生产操作手册，监控和调整产品质量。不合规格的情况下， 需要得到主管和技术支持。
4. To report to the supervisor or any other concerned superior immediately of any abnormalities observed in the assigned plant sections or at any other facility especially on environmental pollution.
发现操作区域或车间任何的异常情况，尤其是环境污染方面的，应立即向班长或相关上级汇报。
5. To be answerable to any overflow of process vessels or storage tanks pertaining to the section assigned. It includes the chemical spillage.
对指派操作区域内的任何溢料情况负责。包括化学品泄漏。
6. To complete with genuine readings on the daily log sheets of the section concerned.
认真并完整的阅读每日的相关操作记录，并及时报告。。
7. To observe and abide by all SHE rules and company regulations. It includes the unloading of bulk per requirement of TDS.
遵守和坚持所有的安全健康环境规定和本公司的规章制度。包含装卸散装运输安全的要求。
8. To take SHE inspection rounds for abnormalities regularly, take records, put on the appropriate sign, label and report in time.
定期巡查操作区域是否有异常, 记录, 挂上适当的标志，贴上标签。
9. To be responsible for the cleanliness with 5S practice in the workshop area对指派的操作区域的清洁负责。
10. To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Superiors.
完成任何可能来自于其他上级主管人员所布置的工作。
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the position:
学历及背景要求：
Education: Certificate of chemical technology or engineering or above
教育背景：化学工程与工艺、工程类中专及以上
Working experience: 3 years at least
工作经历：3年及以上
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Chemical production management
技术及专业背景： 化工生产相关经验
