JOB OBJECTIVES:

Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of DCS. Drive development projects for plant automation

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

-Responsible for DCS and software documentation

-Organise DCS support services

-Responsible for high availability of DCS

-Responsible for automation security

-Lead of maintenance team for all automation topics

-Responsible for function test, SIL test and reports

-As part of a project team, develop automation solution for small projects and realization and documentation. Coordinate project activities for automation and report to project manager.

-Realize the optimization of the DCS system

-Support the daily operations

-Interface with BACH maintenance department for contract and spare parts concept

-Interface with circle of experts in BACH and EC to bring higher value to the DCS

-Together with process engineer, optimization of process functions, energy consumption, safety functions and alarm management

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelor or above, automation
2. Working Experience: 6 years of working experience in chemical manufacturing
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good english and computer skills, good interpersonalskills
