职位描述
一、Duties/Responsibilities (in priority order)职责（按优先次序）
1、Abide by workshop standards to ensure work safety. 严格按照车间的工作标准，保证工作的安全
2、To have all installed machinery ready to operate when required for production to customer requirements at budgeted or improved performance levels.根据预算或绩效改进要求保证机器正常运转，正常生产，满足客户要求
3、Continual improvement and modification of machinery using new technologies where required for performance and quality improvements.基于绩效改进和质量改进需要，运用新的技术对机器进行持续改进或者进行改造。
4、Comply with the maintenance management systems and provide improvement input.遵循维修管理系统，提出建议进行改进。
5、Communicate with Manager the need of spare parts for future operation.与经理沟通，根据长期运营需要提出备件清单。
6、Perform machine audit to identify wear and/or breakage/leakage prior major failure.对机器进行审核，在机器停机前鉴别破旧和/或破损/漏油问题。
7、Supervise any machine movement (replacement, change of location, retrofit…).跟踪所有机器移动（更换、变动位置等）
8、Undertake any other tasks as required to ensure the efficient running of manufacturing.其它工作任务确保生产的有效运行。
9、Familiar with EHS and follow company EHS policy.了解公司EHS并遵循相关政策。
10、Continuous improvement for facility and machine maintenance.对设施和机器保养进行持续改进。
11、Responsible for daily check and preventive maintenance of all production equipment to ensure proper functioning of the all equipments. 负责所有生产设备的日常点检及预防性维护，保证所有设备能够运转良好
12、Regular audit of power supply to ensure proper functioning.对动力设备进行定期巡检，保证其在正常运行中
13、Maintenance of workshop facility and liase with outside suppliers.对车间内基础设施进行相应维护以及外协工作的安排
14、Keep proper record for all maintenance and repairs.对所有的保养以及维修工作做好记录
15、Be responsible for meet company requirements of Mean time between failure and Mean time to repair.负责达到公司对机器维修时间的要求。
16、Be responsible for facility maintenance.负责厂务维修。
17、Assist maintenance supervisor to improve efficiency and reduce power assumption.协助维修经理进行技术改造，以提高效率，降低能耗
18、Undertake any other tasks as required to ensure the efficient running of manufacturing such as continuous improvement project support.

Above polytechnic school degree of mechanical or electrical 机械或电子中专以上学历
三、Knowledge & Skills知识和技能
1、Experience on maintaining injection machine 注塑机维修经验或应届毕业生也可
2、Experience on machining (milling, surface grinding) is a plus.机加工（磨光和表面抛光）经验优先。
3、Knowledge of TPM TPM 知识
