职位描述
Duties/Responsibilities (in priority order)工作职责：
? Based on the work standard of workshop, ensure the work safety. 严格按照车间的工作标准，保证工作的安全
? Working in the Toolroom to maintain an effective mould care programme for all injection tools in production floor. Daily monitoring of all mould condition and implement appropriate corrective action if required. Report any variation to mold manager compared to standard. 负责模具的日常点检及预防性维护，让模具处于最佳状态。如有任何异常应该向模具经理汇报。
? Ensure proper storage of all tools and ancillary equipment and audit condition are based on the company standard. 模具及其配件存放应该严格符合公司模具/配件存放规定。
? Ensure the quality of ancillary equipment when replacing ancillary. 任何配件进行更换应该保证配件质量。
? Understand company EHS standard and abide by all EHS regulations and requirements. 了解公司EHS的规范要求并严格遵守公司关于EHS的规定和要求
? Continuous improvement of company mold condition to serve production requirements. 持续提高公司模具的状态以更好的服务生产需求
? Regular maintenance of mold. Responsible for repair of mold based on the feedback of production and quality department. 对模具进行定期保养，根据生产以及质量部门的反馈对模具进行修理
? Ensure that all relevant ancillary mould equipment is available and in good working condition prior to a planned tool change.确保在安排的换模时间前，模具所有配件已备好并处于良好工作状态。
? Maintenance of mold maintenance and repair record. 维护模具保养及维修记录
? Regular assessment of mold based on SOP. 根据程序文件对模具进行定期评估
? Assist in setting duties as required依要求协助上下模。
? Responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisor. 上级安排的其他任务
Job Requirements职位要求：
? Graduated from Vocational school, in mould major.模具中专。
? Experience within an Injection Moulding Environment注塑模具工作经历
? 3 Years knowledge of manufacturing working environment 3年制造行业经验
? 3 Years knowledge of mould techniques3年模具技术经验
? Engineering Experience within a FMCG manufacturing Environment will be prefer (FMCG生产行业工程经历者优先)
? Fitting, Repairs, Improvements接口，维修，改进
? In house Training/Manual Handling Techniques& Safe Working Practices搬运技术和安全工作操作内部培训
? In house Training in QA Standards/Practices质量标准和操作内部培训
? Right First Time Philosophy and Response Times合适的第一时间理念和响应时间
