Major Responsibilities:

User account administration of eDetailing software, including add / delete / modify user accounts and user groups.
eDetailing content management. Work closely with Marketing, Medical & Content vendor to manage new / updated contents. Communicate to end users when new / updated content is ready.
Managing and maintaining eDtailing software usage reporting system. Provide support to key stakeholders when requests are raised in term of the reporting system.
Monitoring hardware inventory and evaluating business demands to ensure enough hardware is purchased.
Problem ticket handling and 2nd level support. Monitoring ticket system and handle user problem tickets in a timely manner.
Liaison with software vendor to resolve issues that could not be handled locally.
Tablet and eDetailing software training / training material update.
Administration and maintenance of Sharepoint site.
Support to the new projects on tablet computers.


Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above, major in Informative Management
Database management experience will be a plus
Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Competency:

In-depth knowledge and strong understanding in mobile technology.
Experience in service desk or customer service industry
Experience in account administration
Reports & Analytics skills
Effective oral & written communication skills in both Chinese & English
Project Management experience will be a plus
