1. 大专以上，电子或机械等理工科专业，年龄28~35岁；
2.. 三年以上机械、电子或相关产品质量管理工作经验。
3.熟悉质量管理七大管理方法和五大管理工具；熟悉ISO9001、14001以及TS16949汽车行业质量管理体系标准，能运用TS16949管理、 控制生产现场。
4.熟悉SMT生产现场产品生产流程和现场质量过程控制要求；
5.熟悉汽车电子电器产品或相关低压电器产品；
6.具有较好的协调、沟通能力。
