1. 大专学历以上，电子、机械或机电一体化专业，年龄40岁以下，三年以上相关产品开发经验；

2. 汽车电器行业，有汽车开关产品设计工作经验或其他相关开关产品设计经验；

3.  熟练运用CAD、UG、CATIA等二维、三维设计软件和专业知识设计开发产品；

4.  英语良好，能熟练阅读英文版技术资料。
