Requirements
1.At least 2 years of sales experience in the international logistics industry or related working experience （No gender limitation）. Management experience preferred
2.Associate College Degree or above. Good image; Good at expressing and have target management ability;
3.Good command of listening，spoken and written English.
4.Honest，responsible and proactive，possess organization skills，communication abilities and good social networking，possess professional international forwarder knowledge，knowing about local freight forwarder market，strong teamwork and leadership in developing and maintaining customers.

任职要求：
1.二年以上国际物流或相关行业销售经验（男女不限）；有管理经验者优先。
2.大专以上学历；形象良好；较好的表达能力和目标管理能力。
3.英语听、说、读、写良好；
4.诚实，工作认真负责，积极主动，有良好的组织、沟通能力和良好的社会网络，掌握专业的国际货代知识，熟悉当地的货运代理市场，善于团队合作和领导开发维护客户；

Responsibilities
1.Carry out management’s sales directives and make plans on sales strategies to effectively fulfill sales targets.
2.Build up the sales team; arrange their sales calls and daily work，train and develop team member’s sales skills.
3.Lead and give guidance on local sales activities. Maintain existing customers while developing target accounts.
4.Hold weekly sales meeting，check on sales team activities，work out solutions to improve communication.
5.Other issues for the company if needed.
岗位职责：
1.执行公司销售管理制度，制定销售策略从而高效的完成销售目标；
2.建立销售团队，安排业务员的电话销售和日常工作，培训业务员销售技能；
3.组织并领导销售活动，积极维护现有客户并开发潜在客户；
4.组织每周业务会议，监督业务动态，找出问题的解决方法，提高效率；
5.完成公司安排的其他工作；
