岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making
　
Efficient realization of Testing requisitions
Continous improvement of Testing methods and Concepts
Contribute to Customer satisfaction including internal and external audit
Realization of job reaching cost, timing and quality goals for the organization
Continous improvement of Process in relationship with the Work/Team organization.
Control, monitoring and improvement of Processes to increase the productivity of intern procedures/activities.
Continous improvement of Testing know how in our Company
Create and release standard process WI for material test lab.
Testing and quality evaluation of ongoing production parts
Coorperate with other departments and carry out metallographic and material inspections(Hardness test,mechanical test etc.) as part of ongoing production inspections and development of new parts
Evaluate inspection and measurement results; write inspection reports in English
Select and use appropriate sampling and preparation methods and further develop appropriate inspection procedures
Provide technical support to the development departments and advise project partners
　
　
主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
　
Control of cleanliness, tidiness and Order in the Testing Laboratory
realization of maintenance plan for Testing Machines in the laboratory.
Management of Spare parts for new and existent Testing machines.
Organize the frequent Control and repairs of Testing Machines
frequent Control and organization of Testing machine calibrations according maintenance contracts/agreements
Lead of the Department monthly KPI's
Markt analysis regarding Purchasing of new Testing devices within his responsibility
Continous improvement in Testing Laboratory processes and procedures
Create and Manage Testing machine workinstructions within Testing Laboratory responsibilities
Responsible to check the capacity of the Testing Machines.
Coordination of good realization of serial production Testing and Testing during development
Interpretation of Testing results and be able to communicate them with the customer
Training as a metallograph or materials tester/technician
Practical work experience (material inspection) at least 3 years, preferably in the automotive (supply) industry
Additional knowledge of quality assurance methods an advantage
Excellent analytical abilities,be familliar with metal material and surface treatment relavant standard.
Independent and results-oriented way of working
Strong communication and cooperating skills.
Very good spoken and written English (further languages an advantage)
Reporting and documentation
Temporary tasks which delegated by the direct supervisor
