Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责
－供应商的原材料/辅料/设备工具等物品的实物和系统的接受，异常问题的跟踪处理
Supplier raw material/indirect material/equipment physical and system receipt ,following deviation,
－理解生产计划和客户需求，保证内部生产的正常进行和及时对客户发货；
Understanding production and delivery plan, make sure normal production and on time delivery,
－仓库存储库位的建立，维护，整体规划的优化，提高物流操作上的流畅性；
Create,maintain warehouse bin,optimize warehouse layout,improve logistics fluency ,
－确保库位的库存准确性和物料有效期的管理；
Guarantee storage bin accuracy and material life control,
－带领一定的团队协助仓库经理工作，并培训新员工；
Leading team to support warehouse manager,train new opertor
－深入理解仓库先进先出，物料追踪管理系统；
Understanding fisrt in first out,traceability system;
－其他上级安排的任务；
Other task assigned by warehouse manager;

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格
1. Knowledge 知识
Education 学历机械、物流相关专业中专以上学历
Technical second school or above in mechanical or logistic engineering
Foreign Language 外语基本的英语交流能力Basic skill on English communication
Computer Skill 计算机熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (MS word, excel，ERP)
2. Experience 经验
Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验5年仓库保管或相关工作经验
At least 5 years of working experience as a warehouse keeper or related work

3. Required competence and qualification
－对物流仓库管理有独到的见解和长期职业发展规划；
4. Insightful views for logistics warehouse and long term career plan
－性格沉稳，细心，对数字敏感，少说多做；
5. Calm personality ,carefulness,sensitive for data,less saying, more doing
－有一定的团队管理经验；
6. Leader experience
－SAP 经验优先
Prefer to SAP experience
