岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making
- Ensure the fullfillment of the project timing requirement, cost/budget requirement and quality requirement.
- Ensure the compliance with company intern standard procedures and state legal guidelines for project management.
- Ensure proper project launch and support to build up engineering capability.
- Main responsible person for customer regarding project relevant issues.
- Main responsible person for intern and PS BU ColPAS regarding project relevant issues.


主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead EPAS project management regarding timing, qualtiy, cost and fulfillment of all company intern and customer specifications and state legal requirements. Support PS BU engineering team to close technical open issues.
- Main contact person for customer regarding project relevent issues, ensure sufficient support to customer with intern competent team members.
- Coordinate the analysis to customer specifications, comparision with Presta specificaitions, and generation of system specification through intern competent team members.
- Coordination between intern team and customer for the system integration into vehicle regarding package, system sizing, electrical hardware interface and electrical software interfaces.
- Organize the samples and test reports base on customer requirements.
- Organize vehicle application and evaluation with EPAS system for customer.
- Coordinate the product NVH, performance and durability improvement through intern compentent team members.
- Generate the product readiness document/report and project readiness document/report with intern competent team members.
- Prepare and carry out the project reviews and risk management, take part in FEMA acitivities.
- Mass production launch management, ensure proper preparation at engineering, quality, process, production, logistic department, etc, concerning personal, equipment, procedure, capability building etc.
- Changemanagement for the production plant.
