岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making
- Repsonsible for EPAS-System and Mechanical Parts development
- Design, development and simulation for the EPAS system (mechanical parts).
- Responsible for customer and supplier (inclusive localization program) regarding all the techncial questions.
- Ensure the fulfillment of engineering specification requirement.
- Ensure that system/component development complies with cost, time and quality target.

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
- Technical contact person for intern project team regarding EPAS System and Mechanics.
- Responsible for the interface definition to vehicle systems, (for ColPAS: steering column, I-shaft, MSG and the vehicle), and package analysis.
- Design, development and simulation for EPAS system and mechanical components (for ColPAS: Worm Gear, Housing, Bearing, Coupling, mechanical interfaces...) from prototype solution to mass production readiness.
- Supplier management for mechanical components regarding timing, design, cost and quality.
- Team work with project team, inclusive process development team, purchasing team and supplier quality ensurance team.
- Team work with acoustics team, for acoustic related technical topics and customer service.
- FMEA reviews.
