Territory Account Manager - Mentor Veloce



Job Requirements
1. Responsible for sales of the entire portfolio of Mentor Graphic solutions, serves as the primary sales contact for specified accounts.
2. Works in a team environment with Executive Account management, Application Engineers,Professional Consultants, Corporate Application Engineers, Contract Administration, and Finance staff to meet and exceed established sales objectives of the group.
3. Identify key customer projects and decision makers. Engage and interact within customer atvarious levels understand customer infrastructure and hierarchy.
4. Activities include account planning, forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, qualifying,proposition and delivery of sales proposals. Manage and provide a set of technologies and/or services that address customer’s needs.
5. Negotiate and close a Win/Win transaction. Work closely with customer to reach mutually beneficial agreement.
6. Deliver and deploy solutions to customer satisfaction. Collaborate with field technical team and customer to drive adoptions.

Job Qualifications
1. BSEE or BSCS, Top tier university graduate a plus, Master degree with oversea study/workin experiences a plus
2. 3+ yrs sales experience in Semiconductor Industry or related field
3. Ability to cultivate and grow customer relationships
4. Excellent English speaking and communication skills
5. Self driven and proactive
6. Proficient in Microsoft office (Power Point, Excel & Word)
7. Ability to work in team environment
8. Experiences in multi-national companies a plus
9. Experiences in Semiconductor/EDA industry a plus
10.Good relationship with customers
11.Can develop and build closed customer relationship, special in decision maker;
12.Good communication capable both internal and customer
