Responsibilities:

1.Primary responsibility for all site systems, including PCs, local servers, peripherals, Ethernet switches, phone systems and cabling.

2.Installation, upgrade and maintenance of network hardware, operating systems and software as needed. Tracking and deployment of enterprise updates, releases, patches and fixes.

3.Configuration, management and monitoring of systems backups while adhering to our records retention requirements.

5.Configuration, deployment and management of local Microsoft Active Directory user accounts for appropriate site personnel. Responsible for contouring access rights to match position requirements (file shares, printers, etc.).

6.Author and publish timely announcements to local users regarding outages, maintenance windows and key initiatives.

7.Track company IT assets as well as control the deployment and retrieval.

8.Document and train local procedures and best practices.

9.Seek mutual agreement on problems involving coordination.

10.Regular and predictable attendance is presumed to be an essential function of all employment.

11.Ad hoc works required.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2.2 years’ experience in Information Systems.

3.Excellent creative problem solving skills.

4.Proficiency in all standard Microsoft applications and deployed operating systems, technical certifications a plus.

5.Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7 and MS Server 2008

6.Ability to operate with efficiency and persistence, planning and implementing new technologies as needed.

7.Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately orally and in writing in both Chinese and English.
