Job Description

(1) Conducting legal researches, and preparing memorandums or summaries as requested by the Company’s legal counsel;

(2) Legal translations between English and Chinese;

(3) Assisting legal counsel on contracts review and documents draft;

(4) Coordinating and assisting in various administrative areas, including preparing the meeting minutes, filing legal and administrative documents;

(5) Assisting Law Department in other matters as required.

Qualifications

(1) Education: LL.B degree from a leading law school in China; first grade as postgraduate students are encouraged to apply;

(2) Certificate: Qualified in China or pass the bar exam will be an advantage;

(3) Foreign Language: fluent in both oral and written English, skillful in legal documents translation;

(4) Computer skills: skillful in the use of Windows, Excel, Power Point, Emails and other regular working tools;

(5) Clear logic and excellent communication skills, and coordination and team-work capabilities; and

(6) Working experience including internship experience in major law firms or MNC law department is preferred.
